Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a Timeshopee Membership.

👤 1. Account & Usage Policy

Single User Access: All membership benefits, including exclusive discounts and free shipping coupons, are strictly limited to the original registered email ID or phone number used during the membership purchase.

Membership benefits cannot be shared, transferred, resold, or used across multiple customer accounts.

Non-Transferable Membership: Membership access remains exclusively with the original purchaser and may only be used by the registered account holder.

🏷️ 2. Discount & Coupon Policy

No Stacking of Discounts: Membership discount codes cannot be combined with any other coupon code, promotional offer, bundle deal, sale event, or special discount running on the website.

Only one discount offer can be applied per order.

Exclusive Usage: Members must use their assigned membership discount code during checkout to receive membership benefits.

⚡ 3. Membership Activation

Digital Membership Service: This membership is a digital service and not a physical product. No physical shipment or package will be delivered for membership purchases.

Activation Timeline: After successful purchase, our team will verify and process your membership account.

You will receive your membership activation details, discount codes, and free shipping coupon information via your registered Email ID or WhatsApp number within 24 working hours.

🔄 4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Strictly Non-Refundable: Membership purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Once membership benefits, discount codes, or activation details have been issued, the membership cannot be returned, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

  • Membership discounts are valid only for the registered member account.
  • Misuse, abuse, sharing, or fraudulent use of membership benefits may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
  • Timeshopee reserves the right to modify membership benefits, terms, or policies whenever necessary.
