⏳ Return Eligibility & Window

You may request a return within 3 calendar days of receiving your order only under the following conditions:

  • The item is physically damaged at the time of delivery

  • The item is defective or unusable

  • You have received an incorrect product

Return requests submitted after 3 days of delivery will be automatically rejected, regardless of the reason.

📸 Mandatory Proof: Unboxing Video & Photos

To be eligible for return consideration, you must share the following:

  • A continuous unboxing video (no cuts or edits), showing:

    • The sealed package being opened

    • The issue clearly visible

  • Clear photos of:

    • The damaged/incorrect product

    • The packaging, including the shipping label

Return requests without valid unboxing video and photographic evidence will be strictly rejected.

📦 Return Process (If Approved)

If your return request is approved:

  • You must self-ship the product to our return address.

  • Share a photo of the courier receipt with tracking ID.

  • The product must reach us within 7 working days of approval.

  • After receiving the item:

    • We will inspect it for condition, completeness, and originality.

    • If everything is in order, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Used, tampered, or incomplete items will not be refunded.

⚠️ Reverse pickup is not available. Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer. Timeshopee.in is not responsible for damage or loss in transit.

💰 Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: Up to 3 business days after we receive the item

  • Processing: Up to 10 business days after inspection

  • Total Time: Up to 13 business days from the date we receive your return
